INTBASIC was written (in machine code!) by Steve Wozniak.

FPBASIC (as you can see on the Laser 128 ROM and SimSystem IIe) was
developed at Micro$oft and later enhanced by Apple (the name Randy
Wigginton comes to mind, but I may be wrong), and did appear on
clones.  (Also, look at the Commodore VIC-20/C64 BASIC which is very
similar to Apple BASIC - it's not a coincidence, they are both derived
from the same source tree, as evidenced by the C128's copyright.)
