Transwarp GS upgrades

My TWGS has 32k cache (35ns SRAMs), ROM 1.8s
GALs 1A, 2B, 3B, 4B, 5A, 6A, 7A, 8A
Running ok at 14Mhz with 56Mhz oscillator.

I tried to use a 64Mhz oscillator (16Mhz GS speed) in my Transwarp GS
and received a TWGS error #401.
I tried to use a 72Mhz oscillator (18Mhz) and received a TWGS error
#305.

Does anyone know what these errors mean?

I also tried to use GAL 4A with my RamFAST Rev D 3.01e and got some
wierd activity:
(1) the RamFAST utility screen would not fully draw - but the keyboard
still responded appropriately and allowed me to move through different
options
(2) the GS would not boot through the RamFAST

Perhaps the GAL 4B is required for faster operation?
Does anyone else have their TWGS running @ 14Mhz using GAL 4A?
If so, do you use a RamFAST and what RamFAST ROM version do you have?
& what cache RAM speed do you have in your TWGS?

The next thing I'm going to try is replacing the TWGS cache RAM with
15ns parts.
