The webmaster warned during the second half of last year that bandwidth
usage was becoming unacceptable to his host and that if something wasn't
done the page might be taken away. That's exactly what happened - he has
had a bandwidth cap put on his site that is so restrictive that you can't
even get the index page more than half the time. It is for all intents and
purposes gone until he finds another host. The last word on that (several
months ago) was that it would be back "soon".
