Re: Cube program

Yes, I remember that program. It presented a tumbling "solid"
cube with opaque, patterned sides.
It would not be difficult to write a program to display a tumbling
wire-frame cube for an Apple II, and some features of the IIgs
might even make the hidden-surface-eliminated cube practical.
Of course, it would be much easier to mimic the Amiga display
by "playing back" a hi-res animation (and not actually creating
the display on-the-fly). Jason Harper wrote such an animation
loop for the 8-bit Apple II's of the Amiga "man juggling shiny
spheres".
