Just got my LANceGS Ethernet card !

In case you haven't heard of it, ///SHH Systeme
(http://www.wbwip.com/shh/) sells new-manufactured Apple II ethernet
cards. Mine arrived Friday, and I was *very* excited to telnet into
my Linux server from my IIgs using Spectrum.

Now, some questions: where do I find the Geoff Weiss utilities (GWFTP,
etc?) At one time, the proper procedure was to mail $5 to Joe Kohn
for the Internet World disks. Is that still the case?

Are there any known tricks to accelerate the performance of the card?
For example, does it prefer for its slot to be accelerated, do any
particular NDAs slow it down, etc.

Finally, telnet with Spectrum and the telnet test app that comes with
Marinetti both work fine, and the LANceGS card passes all its
self-tests. I appear to be experiencing the documented Marinetti bug
(I'm using v2.0.1) that crashes gsAIM. Has anyone discovered a
workaround? Is the crash known to happen more or less on different
hardware combinations (ROM revs, accelerator types, etc)?

I am so excited about the world that this card has opened up for me!
Thank you to everyone who's worked to bring TCP/IP goodness to us
Apple II people, especially Joachim Lange (LANceGS) and Richard
Bennett-Forrest (Marinetti).

w00t! ;)
