*Should* be... it'd been my experience that a lot of "consumer-grade"
CD-R start to develop problems very quickly, especially the bulk
ones that you get at the office supply stores.
For critical backup, I'd recommend Mistsui, Taiyo Yuden or Kodak -
Most other brands are quite inconsistent in terms of quality control.
