My answer is a bit of a cheat, but my favorite
Apple][ case is the one I'm building. ^__^

I took an empty Mac IIcx case, and moved the all
the innards and giblets from one of my numerous
][gs into it. The results of this franken-modding
is a sleek little Apple ][ tower, and when done
will sport 2 internal floppy drives and an IDE
hard drive courtesy of Bill Garber. Finish will be
a foot deep black, with a scarlet apple logo.

And what of the now empty Apple ][gs case?
Well... I've got this Powerbook 540 motherboard
and power supply... Hmmmm....
