PS/2 keyboard adapter for Apple II/II+

While working on a hardware project I needed a keyboard converter that would
allow a standard pc keyboard to be hooked up to an Apple II or II+. I've
finished the hardware testing and can now hook a standard pc keyboard up to
a Apple II/II+ through the 16pin dip socket on the motherboard.

I know for most people this item is unnecessary but I just thought I would
post my results:

F1-F12 are disabled and do not funtion
Special keys (Delete, End, PageUp, PageDown, etc) do not funtion
Numeric keypad is disabled
standard keys a-z, 0-9, TAB, ESC, backspace all function.
Key repeat is automatic after short delay (same as on a standard pc)

Since there is no reset key on a pc keyboard I had to add a reset switch to
the circuitboard adapter.  The adapter is powered from the 16pin dip socket
so no external power source is required.  Looking for any feedback on this
project.
