Recently I had a similar problem and I tried some Amiga mice and PS/2-to-
Amiga mouse converters.

I've found that the converters didn't work (no cursor movement at all, I
could not find out why) but I could build a converter for Amiga mice
(besides the different pinout, an additional 74LS14 is necessary for the
directional signals).

I can send the schematics if anyone wishes.
