But Y, Cr, Cb is the actual "native" encoding space for color video, and
is preferred for moving it around.  RGB is the "native" space for monitors,
but most video setups have one monitor, and lots of video sources, so it
is both less complex, less error-inducing, and less expensive to have the
monitor do the one-and-only conversion to RGB.
