Since DevSel is a slot-specific signal, it is only meaningful on
a particular slot, for _that_ slot.  Of course, since it is decoded
on the main board, the other end of the trace that goes to pin 41
will be the same signal.  ;-)  But you'll have to decide _which_
slot's DevSel you want to grab, since they are all different.
