Ha! I'm flattered, but I'm sure that I'm not the one who should do this.
The real problem is that there is not much market for a converter that
can handle a moderately high bandwidth RGB signal at the relatively
low NTSC frequencies. Perhaps a "component" SDTV (Standard
Definition digital TV) converter to a high quality LCD is where it will
be found (since it has mass market appeal and could justify VLSI).
