Willi,you mentioned you partitioned the drive via ADU. Where or how was the
drive formatted prior to being partitioned by ADU?

Did you format it via the RamFast Menu, was it preformatted on a MAC or PC
...fresh out of the wrapper....

Have you been able to try a Apple HS SCSI card?

 ps. I too sent Mr. Hartz an email. Both my 1Gig and 2Gig carts will not
format on anything I attach the 1 and 2 Gig drives to (Mac or BeBox).... (I
think the Z tracks are baffed) ... waiting to get some more carts ... :o(
