I'm not sure but I can tell you that my Video Overlay Card image is
shifted quite a bit farther left than the IIgs motherboard image using
the same settings on the same monitor.  I'm pretty sure there are
adjustments that can be made on the VOC to center it better but I
don't think there is on the IIgs motherboard.
