As mentioned, the software for the PC side is fairly limited.
The easiest option is to run WinUAE (Amiga emulator) on your PC.
The latest versions of WinUAE support the Catweasel card plugged into
your PC using the drivers on the Amiga side.
The Amiga catweasel drivers supports read/write of both 5.25 Apple disks,
aswell as 3.5" Prodos or MAC formatted disks with no problems at all.
Works great here on my WinXP box.
