Rev A (820-0064-A) (1983)
Rev B (820-0064-B) introduced a few months later(1983),
The major change was the introduction of Double High Res
      graphics

Also have some IIe motherboards with the motherboard part #
(820-0087-A) I think this may be just a part # change when the
Enhanced IIe came out. I'd be happy to hear different.

(820-0087-E) used in the Platinum IIe (extended keyboard). This
board replaced the two 2764 roms with one 27128 ROM. It also used
64k X 4 RAM instead of 64k X 1 RAM. I don't know of any way to tell
if a IIe has this or a regular Rev B without poping the lid and
taking a look. Apples tech reference says this board was introduced
with the extended keyboard however I have a dozen IIe produced just
previously with this board.

Then of course there were a couple versions of the PAL IIe but I don't have much info on that.

The enhanced IIe was a separate item.
In March 1985 Apple produced the Enhanced IIe. The enhancement consisted of replacing the 6502 with a 65C02, new CD & EF ROMs and Video ROM. Apple sold Enhancement kits for older IIes.
