cc65 has an extended memory API�that could be used to make use of the
various kinds of memory extensions, not only the 128 kb of C128 RAM,
but also REUs and the 64kb of extra graphics memory that is available
on certain kinds of C128Ds.

Ullrich von Bassewitz have already started adding code to cc65 which
makes use of the 2MHz even in C64 mode... :-)
