	My favorite is probably RCFS II (Radio Controllled Flight Simulator for the
][).  It recreates the environment for learning and practicing the skills
needed to fly a radio-controlled airplanel; it even has it's own joysticks
control unit which mirrors a regular twin joystick RC control unit, as well as,
working with a regular Apple II joystick.

	Fly to far, and the plane is out of range; crash, and an estimate of the
repair costs is presented; practice, and learn to take-off, spiral, roll, do
loop-de-loops, and land safely.
