Ah, the thought of puny, fumbling SCO "bringing down" IBM--it is
to laugh!  ;-)

I remember when the Unix community "rescued" the AT&T ownership
and practically gave it to supposedly neutral (and impotent) parties,
precisely to defuse the licensing minefield.  (Remember how no one
could say "unix" without getting sued?  ;-)

As will eventually come out, this entire affair is without merit.  But it is
worth a lot of publicity in geekdom--and maybe some $ to someone.  ;-(
