I never see under GS/OS or any thing else a 'single sided' option... More over, we try with a M0130 Apple Drive -that is, basically, a external single sided 400k drive from a 128k-, but the IIgs does not recognize it.You may have to loan your drive and disks to someone with a Pascal adapter card and IIe or lower to copy it to 5.25 - 140k or 3.5 - 800k. Again, it was a long time ago... I thought my AE HD floppy was able to read/format 400k floppies. Maybe it was system 5.0.4... It could have been my VTech UDC. Somehow I remember *something* reading and formatting 400k floppies.
