I imagine you mean to use addresses around -16368, (negative!). That
specific address is $C010, which I think was the address to write to
clear the keyboard strobe. All of the non-slot I/O is from $C000 to $C0FF,
which is decimal -16384 to -16129.

output - for the speaker and cassette output; most of the rest had
separate addresses to set and clear, rather than using a common address
for a toggle.
