     Can't tell what the specific parts are. From the name and the lines which
are connected, the card seems to have a 32-byte PROM which can be read from
whichever Slot it's plugged into.

     The other parts may be a transistor and timer IC used when the PROM is
originally programmed (really a pretty far-out guess).

     Perhaps the card came with some fancy software package and is intended to
restrict use of the software to just machines which have an id card plugged in.
