This is actually standard 4000-series CMOS logic, a dual 4-channel analog
MUX (i.e. two 4-way switches). The version you have is probably ON Semi's
(http://www.onsemi.com/productSummary/0,4317,MC14052B,00.html), but a good
electronic shop should have 4052s from several makers. There's a data sheet
linked from that page, btw.
