In the "manuals" section I can only open the "apparat eprom
programmer" folder.  Opening the other folders results in the
following message:

"We're having trouble fulfilling your last request. Please return to
the .Mac home page"

Any ideas why ?

I'm running WinXP Pro here and using IE6 & Netscape 7.0.1 (same
problem using either browser).
