No, the Mac Plus has a double sided drive.

The original Mac, the Mac 512K, and maybe the Mac 512KE, had
single sided drives. The Mac Plus can only take an 800K drive.
The Mac II, the Mac SE, and maybe one more may have an 800K and
might have a high density drive, depending on some variables.

The rest have high density drives.
