Sorry I'm so late replying, was out of town for a few days.

I appreciate your offer but I think what I'll do is pick up a
.Mac account to tide me over till I make some progress on setting
up a server. One reason is it'd be easier to update PDFs. They
all have a certain amount of errors and sometimes when I'm using
one I'll spot a mistake so I'll spend a bit of time proofing the
rest and then repost it.
By the end of the weekend I should have everything online and I'll
post an address for it then.
