This is a common problem with many HP inkjets. I use a damp Scotch Brite
kitchen scrubber to clean and roughen them a bit. Remove the paper & tray,
print to it, and hold the scrubber against a roller. It will spin the wheels
for a bit, then stop and tell you to add paper. Move to the next roller, and
press the paper feed button. Repeat for the third roller. Be careful not to
allow your scrubber to be dragged into the mechanism, of course. Finally,
replace the tray and paper, and let it print and eject the page. That helps
dry off the rollers and clean off any rubber bits.
The rollers get glazed over time, and this process refreshes them.
