In my experience, nothing finds system bugs better than a developer
who is unfamilar with it. And, conversely, the seasoned developer
is least likely to find a hole in the system.
You can pretty well bet that the Microsoft IE programmers were not
highly experienced with Un*x and its APIs, but they instinctively
know how to handle Windows interfaces with kid gloves. ;-)
