Easiest way is to get a VCR with A/V inputs. Run the composite out from the GS to the video input (yellow one I think) on the VCR and then get
a 1/8" stereo male to two RCA female adapter and plug it into the head-
phone jack on the GS and connect it via normal audio cables to the two
audio inputs on the VCR (red and white, most likely).
I know this works because I've done it, but my VCR is crap, so I've no
idea what kind of video quality might be possible with decent equipment.
