You can learn the simple assembly language and write a few programs
for this one...

Also, Al Kossow has a *book* on how to use of the Harvard Mark I
on his web site as an Acrobat (.pdf) file. You can download it at:

It is a "Manual of Operation for the Automatic Sequence Control
Calculator"...but it is on the order of 40 or 50 megabytes in size.
(Finding a Havard Mark I to program is left as an exercise for the
serious student.  ;-)
