I believe the IIc has a regular composite video output, so this should
apply.
All you need to get is a computer monitor capable of accepting that
input--here in the US many, many different brands have been offered for
sale. I would think that this would be true around the world as well.
Lacking the proper monitor, you can use a TV set, but that's good for 40
column display only. Beyond that the text is blurry and hard to read. You
could also feed the composite signal into a computer's TV tuner card. I have
done this and it works reasonably well even with 80 column mode.
