I think you need the vulcan utilities to format and partition your
drive.  Also, I'm just wondering but werent the vulcan drives SCSI?  I
remember IDE drives didnt come out till much much later.

You need ms dos and a pc-style floppy disk to boot ms dos from.  I
think the pc transporter's floppy controller only worked with 5 1/4 pc
drives.  apple drives also work from the PC but can only be read by
that system.

I think a lot of these are covered in the CSA2 faq.  My response to
these topics are based on memory and are probably not accurate, You'd
get more properly checked data by reading the FAQs
