The program on the Apple is probably corrupt. I would try resending it. Use Hyperterminal and be sure to set a 1000 millisecond line (not character) delay. If you don't set the line delay then the program could easily become corrupt. It takes a little longer to transfer that way but it's nothing compared to the hours wasted working with a corrupt program. Good Luck, Steve
