I've posted a couple of routines to comp.binaries.apple2 that let you use
ordinary BASIC I/O (PRINT, INPUT, GET, etc) on the Hi-Res and Double Hi-Res
screens. The DHR version has been released before; this release puts it
under the GPL. The HR version is new...it was a trivial derivation of the
DHR version I already had. It lets you use the built-in graphics commands
(HCOLOR and HPLOT) alongside 40-column text.
Since the programs are GPL'd, source is included.
