No, I don't think it does. The main reason is because of the built-in
firmware which is configured to work in Slot 3.

But it is possible to get 80-column card for II+, as well as the
additional 64Kb of RAM and some are compatible with AppleWorks. I can't
think of any brand names from the top of my head at the moment...
