Oh.  I think I still have that one.  In fact, I may add it to the
Apple II Books section of my Geekworks page...when I get back to
working on that site again.  Too many other little projects going on
right now (like getting these Cromemco computers properly secured and
ready to ship up to a buyer in Canada).
