The TransWarp does have a 65C02 but a 65C02 alone won't allow an
unenhanced IIe or II+ to auto-boot off the superdrive. I've replaced the 6502 in my II+ with a GTE 65SC02. It won't auto-boot of the superdrive 
on its own but if I install a TransWarp it will.
