There was an official port for the IIgs but it suffered from being
fairly average: plain graphics, very simple music (which only
played for a few seconds at the start of each level; and not the
usual Tetris themes) and if memory serves right, pieces that didn't
glide down when dropped. In otherwords you couldn't slide them.
There were several unofficial ports (unfortunately none with
the original arcade music score) but by far DuelTris was the
best IIgs-specific incarnation of Tetris. I successfully managed
to get the registered version reclassified--you can download it
