Which disk? What is the name of the disk it is asking for? Did you mount
your target disk image?
For that matter, which version of Bernie? Have you tried mounting only
two of the floppy images and ejecting them and mounting the next one
when called for?
6 floppies at a time is more than normal, did you check which devices
each disk is mounted on? S5,D1 would indicate slot 5 device 1, S5,D2
would indicate slot 5 device 2. For 6 floppys and a hard drive it is
probably using more than just slot 5 devices. If so, is the slot set to
"your card"? If it isn't try changing the slot to "your card". Maybe the
"disk controller card" is hidden from GS/OS. If it is, then set it to
the opposite setting for the same reason, then reboot the install disk.
If you don't know the device assignments then pull down File->Eject
Disks and you should see the devices and which slots they have been
assigned to.
If it isn't any of that, then I haven't any more ideas.
btw, you have to go into the CDA Control Panel to change the slots to
"your card". You do that by holding down the option key while booting or
by pressing Command, Control and Escape simultaneously.
