On this same subject, I finally put the card up for future study. Hopefully, I'll come across DOS 3.2 at Goodwill so I can give the card a try. It does sound like it's one of those (13/16 sector) cards, though. When did these sell? Before the IIe, during the II Plus era, or after the IIe came out, for backward-compatibility purposes?

The controllers are identical.  The ROMS are different; the only
difference is the two PROMs have P6A and P5A (and a different part
number) on the 16 sector controllers and P6 and P5 on the 13.


I think you're confusing the card we're discussing with the Disk II
card. This card has an EPROM and automatically recognizes either a
13 or 16 sector format.
