I think BASIC came with the PCjr, but I'm not sure.

I'm thinking of writing a Tandy 1000 HX emulator, my Tandy died, and I
have the ROM dumps I made...GW-BASIC 3.2 on the Tandy 1000 has all the
PCjr extensions.
