Help!!!! I think I just ruined my gs. Upon trying to boot from a ramdisk,
using Flashboot, the machine would just freeze with a blank screen. Since I
chose to boot from the ramdisk only once, I would then reset and boot back
into GS/OS. Then I stupidly set the boot slot to RAM disk. Now I'm screwed.
Obviously it won't boot from the ramdisk. When I hit CONTROL-APPLE-ESCAPE,
the machine freezes and/or displays garbage. When I get to a BASIC or DOS
3.3 prompt, I tried typing PR#5, but the machine says "Not a startup disk,"
even though there is one there. Didn't even spin the drive. Is there any
other eay to get into the control panel. If not, is there any other way to
reset the gs to default settings, besides disconnecting the battery?
