If you can get hold of a card such as the RAMKeeper or MemorySaver
then you can have almost the equivalent of a ROM disk by having your
RAM disk constantly powered. If the power goes out then the cards do
have a certain amount of battery back up so it is still possible to
lose the data on your RAM disk which is why I said "almost" above.
Also, you also get the advantage of being able to change the contents
of this "ROM" disk any time you want.

Having a set up like this means that you don't need to use a program
like Flashboot or even boot from a floppy at all. Kind of like using
a rather small, solid state hard drive in your IIgs. I still have a
MemorySaver card but haven't used it for a very long time because I've
been using hard drives since 1990 or so.
