Correct--that's a //c modulator and RF switch.
The serial number sticker may be authentic (??) but it is attached to
the lower part of the case. The "Woz" is on the top, and easily replaced.
This machine is most likely a "mosaic", with its various parts coming
from different machines. Plastic wrap is easy to re-seal, if they even
bothered.
