Apple //c boot disks needed (london, UK)

I've just bought an Apple //c over ebay. I don't have a boot disk for it
(well I do but it's stored in my parents loft somewhere I think)
I am correct in thinking that ADT requires DOS to be running before you can
transfer anything over?
Is there anyone in the London area I can grab a boot disk from (or post one
to me)

I do have a plan B which is to boot an emulator, dump out the memory, and
transfer the memory dump over the serial port to the //c via the monitor, I
suspect if I start with a base //e system (does anyone do a //c emulator?)
this might work.
