Well, hopefully you'll find this group and read this message!

If you're using Windows, the best software to use is Forte Inc's
"FreeAgent".. Go to www.forteinc.com to get a copy.  Once you run it,
just enter your news server address (your ISP usually supplies you
with one) and the program should go off and download a list of all the
newsgroups.  Find comp.sys.apple2 in the "All Newsgroups" list and hit
Ctrl-S to "subscribe" (basically, just keeps it in a list of your
favirote newsgroups - there is no formal "subscribe" mechanism.)

After that, you're all set.. Scan the group and you're in business!
