Not easily--the outputs are connected quite differently.

It would be possible to lift a couple of IC pins and crosswire them--in
fact it could be made as a switchable adapter from a couple of milled-
pin sockets--but I've never seen one.

Such a modification would essentially be swapping the address
decoding for the two ports.
