I have one on disk called Rocky's Electric Boots, which sounds similar
though the "character" is just a blinking rectangle if I recall rightly.
You put together "machines" made up of various sensors and switches...
Come to think of it, it seems more likely it is intended to teach pro-
gramming than electronics... pretty neat anyway.
