Of course, the drive doesn't even know that the disk is flipped, so it
continues to turn the same way!  ;-)  This causes the disk to rotate
the other way in its sleeve, relative to putting it in right side up.

The only possible impact to the drive would be the (theoretical)
re-exposure to dirt trapped by normal rotation on the disk sleeve,
and now (theoretically) released by counter-rotation.

In short, not a problem I've ever seen--don't think I ever will.
Go ahead and use the back side just like it's another disk--it is!
