Could be harder than you think .
1. Code a P-code interpreter
2. code the libraries needed.

It is hard enought getting  Fortran working  --- I once tried to get a Fortran source
of PL/I to compile and link -- and run into problems  with libraries.

I thought of getting the apple ][ run mulit-OS's at the same time
You could run each OS in a different bank of ram --- That can not be done with a stock
II or IIGS
needs modified unit. There was a program for tandy model 4 to do that -- not many
computers can run Mulitiple OS's Con-currently.
